Fig and Grace

We are based in East Anglia, on the Norfolk/Suffolk Border in the UK.

We use a range of methods. From Royal mail to Yodal depending on the item being sent out. When you add an item to your cart and go to check out, it should give you a range of postal options.

We are strongly adverse to any animal testing and work hard to ensure none of are products are tested on animals. So they are Cruelty free, No Animal testing and only containing Ethically sourced products. All are products are also Vegan friendly.

Here at Fig & Grace we are strongly based on the idea of giving back.

We are incredibly passionate about the enviroment, wildlife and countryside. We are aiming to affiliate with multiple smaller Charities in the community which need our support. Any product with Charity Affiliation will be detailed on the products details.

Yes we accept returns upto 14 days from purchase. However the product does need to be unused and in its original packaging. Any refunds are processed in about 5 working days. For full details check out our: Returns and Exchanges Policy.
